Malta's public transport smart card used for bus travel across Malta and Gozo.
The Tallinja Card is a rechargeable smart card used on Malta Public Transport buses. It offers significantly reduced fares compared to paying cash on the bus.
Cards can be purchased online or at designated outlets. There are different card types including the standard personalised card (€1.50 per journey in winter, €2.00 in summer with the card vs €3.00 cash) and monthly unlimited cards. The card is essential for daily commuters and covers all bus routes across Malta and Gozo.
