When you use MaltaPathway, we may collect your email address if you sign up for updates, account details if you create an account, and any information you choose to submit through forms or feedback. You can read public visitor guides without creating an account.

How we use your data

We use your data to send requested updates, operate account features where available, respond to feedback, and improve the Malta visitor guides and tools. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security ensuring that only you can access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Analytics

We use PostHog analytics, Microsoft Clarity session diagnostics, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google AdSense only after analytics consent is accepted. These tools help us understand guide usage, fix broken journeys, measure performance, and support advertising placements. We do not sell your data or track individual users across the web.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU or EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR.
