Jobsplus
Malta's national employment agency responsible for employment licences, labour market testing, and the Skills Pass programme.
Jobsplus is Malta's public employment service. It plays a key role in the work permit process for third-country nationals: employers must hold a valid employment licence from Jobsplus before they can sponsor a Single Permit application.
Jobsplus also administers the Skills Pass programme for the tourism and hospitality sector, manages the employment licence system, and provides labour market information. Employers interact with Jobsplus before engaging with Identità Malta for the permit itself.
