Common questions
Is the free plan really free — no hidden fees?
Yes. The free plan is free indefinitely. We will never charge you retroactively for features that were free when you started using them.
Why is there a paid plan at all?
Building and maintaining accurate, sourced immigration guides takes time. Premium modules — like the Skills Pass preparation and interview prep — involve more research and content. A paid plan lets us keep the core tools free for everyone.
What does the Study Hub include for free?
The Pre-Departure Essentials module is fully free: 4 lessons, 20 flashcards, and 15 multiple-choice quiz questions covering workers' rights, health and safety, living in Malta, and your obligations. This is the module most people need most urgently.
When will the Pro plan launch?
We're working on it. The Skills Pass and Interview Prep modules are in preparation. Create a free account and you'll be notified when Pro is available.
Is this a law firm or official government service?
No to both. MaltaPathway is an independent information platform. Nothing here is legal advice. For questions about your specific case, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or contact Identità Malta directly.
